Your account
An account belongs to one person. Use your real name and your real email — the email is how the receipt, the tracking and the pickup address reach you, and if it is wrong there is no way for them to arrive.
The password is yours; do not share it. If you think somebody has been in your account, change it and write to us.
Reward codes are tied to the address that earned them: they do not work for anyone else, even if you pass them on.
What you may not do here
- Place false orders, or orders you do not intend to pay for or collect.
- Take the shop’s photographs or text to use somewhere else.
- Copy the catalogue automatically, with software or bots.
- Try to reach parts of the site that are not yours, or hunt for flaws to exploit.
- Send us abusive or threatening messages.
We may close an account or cancel an order if any of this happens. If we cancel an order that has been paid for, the full amount goes back.
What is ours
The photographs we take, the writing, the logo and the design of this shop belong to YMJ Closet. You can share a link to a product, obviously. What you cannot do is copy the photographs or the text into another shop or an advertisement.
Product brand names and logos belong to their owners and appear only to identify what is for sale.
If something of yours appears here
If you own a photograph, a trademark or a piece of writing and believe we are using it without the right to, write to yamisel@ymjcloset.com with “Rights claim” in the subject. We look at it, and if you are right we take it down — usually the same day.
For a formal notice under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512), the message must include:
- Your signature, physical or electronic.
- Identification of the work you say has been infringed.
- The exact address on this shop where it appears.
- Your name, address, telephone number and email.
- A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act for them.
If we take something of yours down by mistake, you can send a counter-notice with the same details and a statement under penalty of perjury that it was removed in error. We close the accounts of repeat infringers.
The site, as it is
We do what we can to keep everything correct and available, but the site is offered as it is: there can be a wrong price, a wrong photograph, or a spell with no service. If the mistake is ours we fix it or refund it — that is in the terms of sale.
This section is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, like the rest of our policies.
