Who we are

YMJ Closet is a small family shop selling perfume, bags, accessories, new and pre-loved clothing, creams and supplements within the United States. For anything on this page, write to yamisel@ymjcloset.com.

Placing an order means you accept these terms. If something here does not sit right, do not finish the order — write to us first.

What an order is

Finishing the form is not yet a closed sale: it is a request that holds the pieces for 24 hours and gives you an order number. The sale is made when we confirm the payment arrived.

If a piece sells between going into your bag and your finishing the order, we tell you and return whatever is owed. We may refuse or cancel an order where there is an obvious pricing error, where stock does not add up, or where the order looks fraudulent.

Prices

All prices are in US dollars. The total you see at the end of the order is the total you pay: shipping is already in it and there is no service fee.

Prices can change at any time, but never after you have ordered. Your order is priced as it stood when you placed it.

Payment

Payment is by Cash App ($Yamiselmartinez) or Zelle (yami2jl@aol.com), from your own app, after the order is placed. Put the order number in the note so the payment matches itself up.

This site never asks for a card number, a CVV, your banking password, or remote access to your phone. Nobody from the shop will ask for those over a message. If someone does it in our name, it is not us.

Cash App and Zelle are third-party services with their own terms. A person-to-person payment does not normally carry the buyer protection a card does — which is why the rules above about damage and descriptions are written as plainly as they are.

If the payment does not match

If it comes up short, we write to you with the exact difference and the order stays held until you make it up. If it comes in over, we write to you and send the difference back the same way.

We never quietly adjust the order to match whatever arrived.

About the products

Perfume and creams are sold sealed unless the listing says otherwise. Pre-loved clothing is sold as it is, described with a condition, measurements and flaws.

Colours can read differently on your screen. The photographs are of the actual piece, not catalogue shots.

Perfume and creams are cosmetics, not medicines. They do not treat or cure anything and we make no medical claim about them. Read the ingredients before use, and patch-test on a small area of skin first if you are sensitive to anything.

Supplements are dietary supplements, not medicines. These statements have not been evaluated by the FDA, and nothing sold here is intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Read the label and talk to your doctor before taking them — particularly if you are pregnant, nursing, on medication or managing a condition. They are sold sealed and cannot be returned once opened.

Your account

An account is optional — you can buy without one. If you open one, your password and whatever is done from your session are yours to look after. Tell us if you think someone else got in.

We may close an account used for fraud, to abuse the hold system, or to harass someone.

Limit of liability

So far as the law allows, our liability for any order does not exceed what you paid for that order. None of this removes the consumer rights your state law gives you.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your purchase is the one published on the day you ordered, and the date at the top says when they last changed.
